TATTEL International Talent Community – Terms of Service

The TATTEL International Talent Community (“the Community”) is operated by TATTEL (“we”, “us”, “our”), a UK-based organisation supporting international students, graduates, and professionals. By joining and participating, you agree to these Terms of Service.


1. Purpose of the Community

The Community is a professional networking, learning, and support platform aimed at helping members navigate their UK study, career, and personal growth journey.


2. Membership Eligibility

  • You must be 16 years or older.
  • If under 18, you must have parental/guardian consent.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

3. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Treat all members, experts, and staff with respect.
  • Avoid harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour.
  • Keep discussions relevant to career development, employability, visas, networking, skills building, and related topics.
  • Not post illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Respect privacy and not share member information outside the Community without consent.

4. Experts and Premium Services

  • Experts may provide free general advice in public channels and offer premium, paid sessions for personalised support.
  • Experts are independent contributors and not TATTEL employees; their advice reflects their own views.
  • Immigration-related guidance is general in nature. TATTEL is not an immigration adviser or law firm and does not provide legal advice. Always seek guidance from a qualified immigration professional before making visa-related decisions.

5. Job, Internship, and Opportunity Postings

  • Opportunities shared in the Community are for informational purposes only.
  • TATTEL does not guarantee job offers, work conditions, or outcomes.
  • Members are responsible for verifying any opportunity before applying.

6. Payments and Refunds (Premium Services)

  • All payments must be made via the approved TATTEL platform.
  • Refunds are only available where explicitly stated in the service description.
  • Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of the premium service.

7. Events and Webinars

  • You may be required to register in advance.
  • Events may be recorded; by attending, you consent to such recording unless you opt out in writing before the event.
  • You are responsible for your own safety and belongings at in-person events.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of any content you post but grant TATTEL a licence to use, display, and share it within the Community and for promotional purposes (with credit given).
  • All TATTEL-created content (including training materials, videos, and toolkits) is protected by copyright and may not be shared outside the Community without permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your personal data will be handled according to our [Privacy Policy].
  • Some personal details (e.g., name, profile info) may be visible to other members, including experts, when you participate in discussions or book sessions.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@tattel.co.uk.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Community is provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees of specific outcomes.
  • TATTEL is not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from participation, reliance on information, or use of third-party services mentioned within the Community.
  • Disputes between members or between members and experts must be resolved between the parties involved.

11. Moderation and Enforcement

  • TATTEL reserves the right to remove posts, suspend members, or terminate accounts without notice if rules are breached.
  • We may also close the Community or certain features at any time.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

  • The Community may feature links to external websites, events, or services.
  • TATTEL is not responsible for the content, practices, or reliability of third parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Community or email.
