Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy

TATTEL is committed to treating everyone we work with fairly and with respect. This includes students, mentees, placement students, clients, partners and team members.

We do not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.

Our commitment

We provide equal opportunity in how we work with students, mentees and placement learners, and in any recruitment or engagement of staff or contractors.

We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or victimisation in any form, whether directed at or by anyone connected with TATTEL.

We aim to make reasonable adjustments so people can take part fully, whether as a mentee, a placement student or a team member.

Raising a concern

If you experience or witness behaviour that falls short of this policy, including as a placement student, please send us an email diversity@tattel.co.uk. We take concerns seriously, look into them promptly, and deal with them fairly and confidentially wherever possible.

Review

As TATTEL grows, this policy will be reviewed and updated over time.
