HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?
This is only applicable to professionals. If you are on the Free Tier you can login anytime and upgrade to the Pro Plus plan.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
As per our Pricing Plans, you will either be billed monthly or yearly based on your chosen subscription.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
PayPal & Credit/Debit Card via Stripe.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBRSCRIPTION EXPIRES?
Your subscription will expire if you stop becoming a paying member, in which case you will be either down-graded to our free plan (if you are a professional) or lose access to our platform (if youb are a student). You can login to your Tattel account anytime and re-subscribe to a paid plan if you would like to benefit from our extended features.
HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT INFO?
Your payment information is fully secure and do not have access to your payment details. We do not store any of the payment details and ensure it is not shared.
